It's a new year and we are quick to schedule our goals on January 1st. What about accomplishing them though? What's it take to make a goal go from idea to achieved?
Most of us have these ideas and goals in mind but we don't see results. Typically it falls within a lack of framework, motivation, mindset, knowledge, skill, etc. 

In this episode we talk about:

1) Preparation and Organizing your goals
2) Goal Clarity
3) Smart Goals 

A recap of some of the smart goals:

​​ Specific – What is the target goal, let’s take my example earlier and break it up. So if it’s getting further knowledge and skills on excel within 5 weeks for an interview. Has to be as specific as possible you can't just say get more knowledge on excel.

Measurable – Knowing it’s measurable you can think of time and what's accomplished so if I say 5 weeks to complete knowledge and education is that valid?

Attainable- How do you intend to accomplish your goal? Which actions follow other actions? Is the goal realistic given where you’re starting from? You should have a goal that's possible to achieve. Like we cant say becoming an excel expert in 1-day that's not possible or highly unlikely.

Relevant – Does it relate to what the goal is, is it relevant.
